Shipping Policy
At Magnetic Experiences Photo Co., each order is custom made specifically for you. Processing time for most orders is typically 3 to 7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, level of customization, proof approval timing, and seasonal demand.
Shipping times vary based on carrier service and destination. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Magnetic Experiences Photo Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, holidays, or other events outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout, including the correct shipping address and complete personalization details. Magnetic Experiences Photo Co. is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages requiring reshipment.
Because all products are custom made, orders may begin production shortly after purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded except where required by law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing uploaded photos, personalization details, and order selections carefully before submitting an order. Slight variations in color, brightness, and print appearance may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, and material differences, and these natural variations do not qualify as defects.
Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is handled by the carrier. If an order is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment, please contact us promptly at hello@magneticexperiencesphotoco.com and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the issue.
At this time, Magnetic Experiences Photo Co. ships within the United States unless otherwise stated.
